Hello,

I am trying to download pictures from my fathers Samsung A3 phone for him. I tried connecting it to my PC with a usb cable. It wont connect to the PC at all.
I swiped down on the screen of the phone and there is no usb notification there at all but the phone is charging.
When i dial #0808 # to check the USB settings it is saying "connection problem or Invalid MMI code"
What can i do to fix this and transfer the photos and videos from the phone to my PC?
