I've been trying to determine the cause of a break in one of my sites. I thought it was 3.8.2 - however, in a series of rollbacks, I'm noticing that the issue is being introduced with the 3.6.5 update.


My menu structure is breaking. Items are unpublishing themselves and can not be re-added. My sitemap tool (OSMap) is based on my main menu structure. The sitemap shows various menu items being nested together, out of sequence, and strange grouping. This is introducing a number of 404's on my site, the URL is not valid, but the items are there and published in my menu manager.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Please help ....
