Hi All,

I need your advice and recommendations on my query.
My father worked for SBI around 30 years as manager. Due to some issues happened in his branch he got suspended and then finally dismissed from service during 2007 against some charges filled on him.
He filled a case against SBI during 2009 by providing justification on the charges. Till now we are trying hard to get justice but the case still being on hold.
Could anyone suggest some good steps to move this case for judgement. He didn't get his PF amount. We are financially struck and struggling to run the family.
How to make the case to move and what we need to do.
