Hello,


I take notes on my surface pro 3 a lot, and use the screenshot feature (Windows button + volume down button) to take screenshots to annotate.


Unfortunately in this feature I've come across an issue, by doing the above combination a screenshot isn't always captured. Sometimes it ignores the window button press and changes the volume, and others it just goes to the start screen. I end up having to try and take a screenshot 3 or 4 times before it actually takes one.


I've tried googling this issue, google always comes up with results about the pen. Has anyone else had this issue, does anyone know a way to fix it?
